Like every good story , Santa Fuga was born from unrelenting ties of friendship , shared stories, anecdotes and good times The origin of our Mezcal runs deep in the heart of Oaxaca. It is nourished and lives from it, its color and joy is reflected in each drop.
The dedication and commitment put into materializing our product are faithful witnesses of its quality. Mezcal Santa Fuga is a proud representative of its land and the stories that gave live to it.

Generatios of passion and dedication came to live in our "Maestros Mezcaleros"
Our “Maestros Mezcaleros” (Mezcal Masters) learned the art of making ancestral and artisanal Mezcal from their parents .Since they were young they have been listening to all the secrets to get the best product. In addition to this expertise, during the last years, they are required to get a chemical certification to be able to certify each manufactured batch of Mezcal, which is a guarantee for our consumers. This is the reason why we do not mix batches to obtain higher volumes, so our annual production is limited. In fact our presentation “Ensamble” only gets one and unique batch every year.
